FRom Hip hop to Modern, Tap or Ballet conditioning, multiple classes are available for teens and adults, ages 13+ throughout the year
Open Teen/Adult (13+) Hip Hop
Who is this class for? Any teen or adult who wants to move, learn technique, and get an amazing workout. This class is $44 a month, and performs in our spring performance.
Please pay one time registration fee of $40.
Open Teen/Adult (13+) Modern, Tap & Ballet/Conditioning
In the Modern class, we will explore basic movement fundamentals, terminology, and performance skills of modern; body alignment, building strength, enhancing flexibility, and personal range of motion and musicality will be the main focus. Discovery of Floor Work and Simple Phrases of movement will be included. Modern is $44 per month from September thru November. Please pay one time registration fee of $40.
Select sessions for Tap & Ballet conditioning may be offered throughout the season. Days/times are TBD. In class, we will build upon the basic steps of tap or ballet terminology, explore rhythms, & patterns while we have fun and strengthen our bodies together.

Teen/Adult Hip Hop (13+)
Expanded dance technique with upbeat music. Increase your skills in rhythm dynamics (high/low, fast/slow, hard/soft), master isolations, receive a cardio workout, and have fun! Join us for an energetic class which builds community and offers a place to gather, dance, and let go!

Learn Modern & Ballet technique. Condition & strengthen the mind, soul & body. Explore creative movement. This class is for all levels (no experience needed). This class builds community and offers a place to gather, dance, and let go!

Adult Classes
Clothing -
Leggings & Comfortable Top (non restricting and easy to move in).
Shoes -
Hip Hop - clean-soled sneakers (no mud/dirt) Modern - bare feet. Ballet/Condition - ballet shoes (any style and color is fine) or socks. Tap - tap shoes (any style and color is fine).
Hair -
Pulled away neatly from face at all times.
