What It Means to Be a Company Performer

Being part of the Company at DR is a unique opportunity for dancers to train more intensively, commit to longer studio hours, and work collaboratively toward shared goals. It fosters discipline, teamwork, and artistic growth.

Please keep in mind that Company participation requires a greater time commitment and should be considered a significant extracurricular activity within your family’s schedule.
