Dance Classes
Entry Level 1 (3-7)
Welcome to the perfect introduction to dance! Our Entry Level classes for children ages 3 to 7 are designed to nurture creativity, build foundational skills, and spark a lifelong love of movement.
Whether your child is brand new to dance or has a bit of experience, our classes are thoughtfully tailored to meet them at their current stage of development. We group students by age (3–4 and 5–7) to ensure age-appropriate learning and social interaction.
Our dancers follow the highly respected Leap ’N Learn curriculum, which blends fun, structure, and growth. Through imaginative movement and guided instruction, students develop:
Gross motor coordination
Rhythm and musicality
Body awareness
Confidence and independence
Throughout the year, students explore the fundamentals of ballet and tap, while also learning valuable lessons in etiquette, teamwork, stage presence, and self-expression.
Bonus Elective: Hip Hop!
For dancers aged 4 and up, we offer an exciting Hip Hop elective—a great way to complement ballet/tap classes and explore a different style of movement in a fun, upbeat environment.
Open Hip Hop & Open Ballet (ages 8-13)
Our Open Hip Hop & our Open Ballet (8-13) class is the perfect way for both new and returning students to take the next step in their dance journey! Whether your child is transitioning from Entry Level 1 (5-7) or exploring new activities, this class offers a fun and supportive environment to grow.
In each class, students will dive into the fundamentals of Hip Hop and/or Ballet. It’s all about building technique, improving body awareness, and boosting confidence in a creative, safe space. Your child will develop important dance skills while exploring their own unique movement style and nurturing their self-esteem.
Students may enroll into either or both class. These classes do not participate in the Annual Performance at the end of the season.
