About Our Annual Performance

Dance Revelation’s Annual Performance (AP) allows our students to present the results of a year’s hard work, dedication, and progress. This season, as we explore the concept of Faith, we invite family, friends, and mentors to join us at our Annual Performance showcasing the talent of our students.

Our theme this year will be performed by all levels of students as part of these concepts:

Faith of a Child: We are all children of God. No shame or fears can hold us back from the love of God, our Father. He is always work on our behalf, and we can come to Him to receive truth, love, and comfort.

Faith in Loss: Part 1 journeys through grief, allowing ourselves to feel the weight of loss and move through it. Part 2 is about sacrifice and the offering of faith even amid great pain, representing the surrender that comes when we release what we cannot hold and trust in something greater to carry us forward.

Faith in Time: Have faith in the timing, whether it makes you wait or moves you more quickly than you were prepared for. Give time a chance to work all things out for good, and find peace even in the rushing or the sudden stillness of life. Part 1 focuses on now being the perfect time and finding beauty in the waiting. Part 2 discusses time as a thief, exploring the passage of time, what we’ve lost, what lies ahead, and where we are now.

Faith in Reconciliation: This piece represents all the children of the world and being unified and loved across every nation. This piece will present a powerful image of unity, faith, and connection. Our students will also explore dealing with differences and restoring relationships.

Faith in Love: Part 1 explores our hearts being drawn together in love through time with friends and family, anchored in 1 John 4:19, “He first loved us.” Part 2 looks at the truth that we are already enough, and God’s unconditional love from Romans 8:38-39.

Faith in the Impossible: The faith of a mustard seed is all it takes to follow God. Our students will represent gardeners, planting with childlike faith and wonder as they watch something beautiful bloom. We’ll also explore the concept of feeling divided in today’s world, but that we are all connected like a beautiful symphony to something greater than ourselves.

Faith Our Foundation: Finally, we will showcase that nothing is impossible with God.
